The Denver School of Nursing students got up early to the rain stopped and the sun out ready to climb the moutain. We visited Papa’s family land. It is a beautiful hike.  The life of those that live outside the city was observed along the way.  A We visited a wonderful mountain pond. We also were able to learn how they get the sugar water from the sugar cane. We shared coconut water during our rest. Walking down we added banana plants and 3 goats to the journey. And yes when we were picked up in the van by Frantz we fit in all of us, the children from La Concorde who came with us, banana plants and 3 goats. The students from Les Cayes were here when we arrived. We welcomed them to the orphanage and said good bye to our DSN friends.
