There are several ways you can get involved and extend a helping hand. If you have a few hours a week, a few hours a month, or a few hours a year, your time is a wonderful way to give. If you are over-scheduled, a donation of funds is much appreciated.
However you want to get involved with LTR, we appreciate you.
Whether you donate your time or money, you help cultivate the future of children worldwide. Your efforts and generosity can help improve the lives of children through the provision of shelter, education, and health. So, however you choose to make an impact, we thank you.
Ways You Can Give
ROOTS RUNNERS
We encourage you to join us in our mission by becoming a ROOTS Runner and joining a dedicated group of participants who pound the pavement, raising funds for our mission while training for and racing a half-marathon, marathon or 10K.
SERVICE TRIPS
LOVE Takes Root hosts a mission trip to Jacmel, Haiti, almost every other month since the organization was established in 2011. Participants have contributed a myriad of talents to the work of LOVE Takes Root, ranging from education and medical care to construction and recreation for the children of La Concorde.
VOLUNTEER
As you read through the different teams that are in place to help on our projects, you may find that you have a certain set of skills that you can bring to a specific team.
FUNDRAISE
By raising awareness and running fund-raisers in your own immediate communities, you will be an immense help to LOVE Takes Root and the children of Haiti. If you are in a position to do so, whether through your circle of friends, a school group, or church organization, we would be happy to provide marketing materials and ideas for effective fund-raisers.
